Rotis made out of soya

150 g wheat flour
1 tsp oatflour
100 g
soya beans, boiled
2 onions, peeled
5 flakes garlic, peeled
1
ginger piece, about 2-3 cms
A pinch of salt

Method
Grind the boiled soya beans with onions,
garlic and ginger to a fine paste. Dissolve the salt in water. Mix the wheat
flour and the paste in a bowl, add water and knead to a smooth dough. Divide the
dough into six balls and prepare the rotis. Serve hot with any side
dish.
