TREAD THE SUNNY SIDE How well you are able to handle setbacks defines who you are. How long does it take you to bounce back? Do you blame others or freak circumstances for your present situation?
There are two types of people in the world optimists and pessimists.
Optimists treat adversity as a challenge. They see it as a temporary situation. An optimist will often make a plan for recovery, and take action. Pessimists are at the opposite end of the spectrum. They see a problem, and the problem affects every aspect of their life. There is usually someone to blame for this.
Be an optimist. Difficult as it may seem, tread on the sunny side. Examine the situation and be honest with yourselves. Discover opportunity in the challenge.

Sometimes the opportunity is merely the experience gained from getting through it. Don’t dwell on your career setbacks so much that they become your raison d’etre. Move into action to resolve the problem immediately. Make a plan and get started. Believe in yourself and your abilities to overcome the problem.
