Ingredients
2 1/2 cups green grapes, half of them crushed
1 cup (160 g) mawa,
grated
1 1/2 cups sugar
2 tbsp almond flakes
2 tbsp pistachio
flakes

Method
Mix the grapes and
mawa
in a
heavy-bottomed pan and cook till the mixture is semi-dry. Add sugar and cook
till water dries up and the mixture is semi soft. Stir in the almond and
pistachio flakes. Transfer to a serving bowl; chill and
serve.
