A tomato and coconut sweet.

Ingredients
1 kg tomatoes, boiled, peeled and deseeded
1 1/2 cups (200 g) sugar
1/4 kg mawa, grated
3 tbsp fresh grated coconut
2 tbsp ghee
3 tbsp raisins, slivered almonds and pistachio nuts, mixed

Method
Blend the tomatoes to a puree. Add the sugar and mawa and cook till thick. Stir
in the grated coconut and ghee and cook a little longer. Transfer to a greased
thali and sprinkle with the raisins and dry fruit flakes; allow to cool. Cut
into squares and serve.
