Slimmer's Salad

This delicious salad contains all the Vitamins A and C needed in the full day's diet. Vitamin A is good for the eyes and a glowing complexion. Eating fruits and vegetables uncooked preserves both bulk and nutrient content.
Preparation Time : 10 min.
Serves : 8.
Ingredients:
4 dessert apples
1 fresh pear (optional)
segments of 1 orange
1 medium sized capsicum
4 carrots
4 sticks celery
1/2 cucumber
A few raisins

Accompaniment:
1 teacup curd dressing

Method:
Chop the fruits coarsely.
Grate the vegetables.
Mix in a bowl and put to chill.
If you like, add the curd dressing.
Serve cold.
Per Serving:
Carbohydrates:18 g
Fat: 0.4 g
Protein: 1 g
Note: The curd dressing contains 38 calories.
